MY STORY
A friend of mine, who was a new realtor, asked me if I could take some pictures of a piece of property that he recently listed for a client. His iPhone was having difficulty with the lighting in a poorly lit room with dark paint. The colors were coming out inconsistent and the images were dark and moody. I decided I would see what I could do to enhance the lighting in those images. I was able to create a better image with manual settings on my Sony A7iii. I gave it a shot and the rest was history. He helped me understand what realtors are looking for in their images. In a word it was, “happy.” He wanted pictures that popped and displayed an inviting atmosphere. For the past several years I have been perfecting camera techniques that deliver great images using off camera flash. If you are looking for a way to set yourself apart in the marketplace give me a chance. Since that time I have improved my technique and want to always exceed expectations with great images, fast turnaround, and positive interactions with the homeowners. You should know that all of the images on this site are taken and edited by me. I am insured and have a Federal Aviation Administration license to pilot drones. This license means that I can legally fly drones for commercial purposes like real estate images.
